Sublimation Transfer Artwork Requirements

To ensure the highest print quality and fastest production time, please follow the artwork guidelines below when submitting files for your sublimation transfer order.

All sublimation artwork should be submitted as a completed gang sheet.

• Maximum sheet width: 22 inches
• Length: Any length required for your project
• Arrange all logos, graphics, and artwork exactly as you want them printed.
• Multiple designs may be combined on a single gang sheet to maximize efficiency and reduce cost.

Please do NOT mirror or reverse your artwork before uploading.

Our production system automatically mirrors every sublimation transfer during the printing process.

Submitting mirrored artwork may result in:

• Reversed text
• Distorted graphics
• Incorrect final output

For best results, submit your artwork exactly as you want it to appear on the finished product. 

We will handle the mirroring process for you.

We recommend submitting artwork in one of the following formats:

• PDF
• Adobe Illustrator (.AI)
• JPEG (High Resolution)

Vector artwork is always preferred when available because it 

produces the sharpest possible print quality.

For the most accurate color reproduction, artwork should be created and submitted in:

RGB Color Mode

RGB files typically produce the best sublimation printing results and help preserve vibrant colors throughout the transfer process.

Artwork should contain a transparent background whenever possible.

Transparent backgrounds help ensure that only the intended design is printed and eliminate unwanted boxes or background colors around the artwork.

For professional results, artwork must be high resolution and production-ready.

Recommended guidelines:

• Minimum resolution: 300 DPI
• Full-size artwork whenever possible
• Sharp, clean edges
• No screenshots
• No blurry, pixelated, or low-resolution images

Low-quality artwork will print exactly as received and may result in poor 

image quality on the finished product.

Please verify that:

✓ Artwork is sized correctly

✓ Artwork is not mirrored

✓ Artwork is in RGB color mode

✓ Background is transparent when applicable

✓ File is high resolution

✓ Gang sheet width does not exceed 22 inches

✓ Artwork appears exactly as you want it printed
